Our purpose is to make a positive difference for our team, our families, our community and our planet. Our biggest impact is teaching swimming lessons that save lives. Since 1994 Ocaquatics has taught more than 2,222,222 lessons!
As a Certified B Corporation® we also use our business as a force for good to benefit people and the planet. Here’s how we make an impact at Ocaquatics:
- Our people: employer subsidized health insurance, 401K plan, mental health assistance EAP, mentorship program, earned wage access, 24/7 Telehealth, financial wellness training, family discounts

- Our planet: reusable team water bottles; metal cutlery on site; environmentally safe cleaning materials; paper reduction; 100% of purchased paper products that consist of no less than 30% recycled material; 100% of plastic, glass, computer equipment, batteries, and paper material is sorted, reused, and recycled; energy saving hybrid and electric cars, star rated appliances, LED bulbs and turning off computer equipment; solar panels, offsetting carbon emissions/carbon neutrality; 1% of our annual revenue to our environmental non-profit partners every year;
