How to Schedule a Makeup Class

To schedule a makeup class, once the missed class has passed and the system has created a makeup token for you, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Ocaquatics App.

  1. Tap My Account.
  2. Select your child's profile by tapping the circle with their initials.
  3. Tap Makeups.
  4. Under Available Makeup Tokens, select the token you'd like to use.
  5. Choose your preferred date and time from the available classes.
