Family Code of Conduct
Creating a welcoming, respectful, and safer environment for every swimmer.

1. Prioritize Water Safety

  • Always keep your eyes on your children while in and around the pool area.

  • Children must stay with an adult until their instructor invites them into the water.

  • No running, climbing, or rough play in any part of the facility.

  • Please follow team member instructions at all times to help maintain a safer environment.

2. Arrive Ready & On Time

  • Arrive a few minutes early so your child can use the restroom, prepare for class, and start on time.

  • Please notify us if you will be absent through the parent portal/app.

3. Maintain a Clean & Healthy Space

  • Food and drinks (other than water) should be kept away from the pool deck.

  • Help us keep walkways clear.

  • Please keep sick children at home. If your child isn’t feeling well, we’re happy to help you schedule a make-up lesson according to our policies.

4. Keep Conversations Positive

  • We strive to create a warm, encouraging environment for every child.

  • Please keep conversations uplifting and appropriate for children’s ears while in our lobby, viewing areas, and pool deck.

  • If you have concerns or feedback, we invite you to speak privately with a manager—we are always happy to help.

5. Be Kind & Patient

  • Treat our instructors, deck supervisors, and team members with courtesy.

  • We are committed to providing high-quality service and care; kindness helps us support all families effectively.

  • Please be respectful to other families and swimmers.

6. Photography & Video Etiquette

  • Photos and videos of your own child are allowed if they do not disrupt lessons or capture other swimmers without permission.

7. Follow Facility Policies

  • Only proper swim diapers may be used for children who are less than 3 years of age or are not fully potty trained.

  • Appropriate family-friendly swim attire is required for all swimmers and families.

  • For safety, all policies regarding make-ups, enrollments, credits, and class changes must be followed.

8. Partner with Us

  • If you ever have questions, concerns, or feedback, our managers and supervisors are here to help.

  • We love working together to create a positive, consistent, and motivating experience for every child.
