Registration

Registration opens approximately 10 days prior to the start of each term for new swimmers. Once enrolled, your swimmer will stay enrolled until you inform us that you wish to discontinue your lessons.  Two weeks prior to the start of each new term,  your credit card will be charged for the next term’s tuition. For those who wish to pay by cash or check, it is your responsibility to make payment before the TUITION DUE DATE otherwise your swimmer will be dropped from the schedule.

New swimmers may still call ahead of registration to be placed on the Call List at any time.

A non-refundable annual registration fee (Jan thru Dec) is due upon registration for every swimmer. The registration fee is $15 for an individual swimmer of $25 for a family. This covers insurance and the cost of registration and it secures your child's spot for the year. Each child will also receive an Ocaquatics baseball cap or baby romper.

Discounts
Siblings will receive 10% off GROUP lesson fees in the same term.

Returned Check Fee
There will be a $25 fee for all returned checks.

Payment
We accept cash, check, Master Card and Visa.

Parental Supervision

Parents must supervise their children before and after their swimming class. PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW YOUR CHILD TO ENTER THE POOL UNTIL THE INSTRUCTOR IS READY TO BEGIN THEIR CLASS.

Use of Facilities

Families are allowed to use the shower and bathroom facilities before and after their classes. All other club facilities are for members only. Non-members are allowed use of the pool only during their lessons.

Diapers

Non-disposable swimming diapers should be worn by any child who is not yet potty trained and by all children under the age of 2 ½ years. This is a Health Department regulation, so we must abide by it.  Please do not bring your child to class if he/she has diarrhea.

Class Start and Finish

All students should be present 5 minutes prior to the start of their swimming class. If you arrive after the class has started, please send your child to the deck supervisor on duty. As a courtesy to all clients, lessons end at their scheduled time even for late arrivals.

Teacher Absences

Unfortunately, there may be times when your child's teacher may be absent.  We will always provide a substitute teacher of equal qualifications.  Since we do realize that consistency is important in your child's swimming experience, we will do our best to minimize these occurrences.
